A legal disclaimer
This is a general explanation of how you, the client, can better understand and acknowledge your consent and agreement with the terms and conditions explained below regarding refunds for scheduled services in this document. When it comes to the policies regarding refunds at a small esthetician business, there are several important reasons why refunds may not be granted. At the time of booking there is a mandatory deposit fee. Equaling up to 80% of the service cost that you are selecting. This deposit is to save your appointment date and time, securing no one will take your reserved spot. In this case the deposit is non refundable as it is a "security deposit" to maintain your appointment. Clients are required to disclose pertinent medical history and conditions before services. By agreeing to the treatment, clients acknowledge their understanding of risks and implications, which limits the grounds for a refund unless the case of a major incident in the case the client takes matters to a higher level of jurisdiction, the Esthetician will provide insurance covering malpractice incidents. Refunds are not granted in the case of dissatisfaction or if the client does not think the service was up to their "personal standards". In cases where products are used during treatments, they cannot be "returned" or "refunded" once used. The use of these products primarily contributes to the overall service cost.
If you need to reschedule you will need to pay another security deposit no matter how soon or late your change is. There will be some exceptions but you will need to reach out to @FreshStart.SC@outlook.com and Title Subject: Reschedule Emergency. Please write out a valid reason and description as to why you will need to reschedule. After viewing and considering your message, in a very rare case and with special circumstances, a refund may be issued.
Refund Policy - the basics
FSSC takes pride in catering to their clients and invests deeply in the time spent with each client to ensure the best results. FSSC has a non-refundable policy. When you book with FSSC you are investing in yourself and the spa. Reserving your appointment time takes away the potential for someone else to use it, therefore your deposit is non-refundable. As the client, you understand treatments take turnover time and not every facial service comes with immediate results. You the client, agree that committing to your skin care journey and overall health is the best way to see a difference in your skins health and appearance. IMPORTANT NOTE *If you are untruthful about health precautions regarding contagious diseases, I reserve the right to deny any service with NO REFUND of deposit and client should be weary of a lawsuit. If threatening contagious bacteria is spread due to you, the client "voluntarily withholding information".
Refund Summary
By reading the terms laid out regarding the refund policy and understanding the terms and conditions of FSSC, you the client, hereby understand and agree you will not be receiving any refund for any deposits made. The client may contact FSSC to reschedule if needed; there will need to be a new deposit made for the new appointment. That is because, as stated above, you are investing in the reserved time for your appointment and committing that you will be attending. This refund policy is subject to change and will be updated as necessary within the discretion of FSSC. By establishing clear guidelines within this refund policy, we aim to ensure a transparent and fair process that prioritizes client satisfaction while protecting the security of the spa.
