Cancellation Policy
FSSC takes pride in catering to their clients and invests deeply in the time spent with each client to ensure the best results. FSSC has a non-refundable policy. When you book with FSSC you are investing in yourself and the spa. Reserving your appointment time takes away the potential for someone else to use it, therefore your deposit is non-refundable. As the client, you understand treatments take turnover time and not every facial service comes with immediate results. You the client, agree that committing to your skin care journey and overall health is the best way to see a difference in your skins health and appearance. IMPORTANT NOTE *If you are untruthful about health precautions regarding contagious diseases, I reserve the right to deny any service with NO REFUND of deposit and client should be weary of a lawsuit. If threatening contagious bacteria is spread due to you, the client voluntarily withholding information.
